What this website collects

This website does not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers, and it has no accounts or logins. Our web host, Cloudflare, keeps standard technical logs (such as IP address and pages requested) to run and protect the site.

Free samples and papers

The interactive samples and papers run entirely in your browser. Your child's answers and progress are saved only on your own device and are not sent to us.

Composition marking (pilot)

If you submit a composition for marking, we store the essay, its title, the question, the pictures ticked, the word count and time used, the pupil's name and class if entered, and the parent email you give us. We use them only to mark the essay, show and email you the report, and improve our marking. The essay text (without the name, class or email) is sent to our AI marking provider, and some essays are checked or marked by our team. Reports are emailed through our email delivery provider. These providers may process data outside Singapore under terms that protect it to a standard comparable to the PDPA. A parent or guardian must give consent before an essay is submitted. Essays and reports are deleted automatically after 180 days, or sooner on request. We also keep a one-way coded form of the network address for 180 days only to stop abuse of the service.

When you contact us

The centre trial form does not send anything by itself. It opens your own email app so you can send us the details. When you email us or buy from us, we use your name and contact details only to reply, deliver what you ordered and follow up about it. We don't sell or share your details for marketing.

Buying

Purchases are handled by the marketplace or payment provider you buy through, under their own privacy policies. We don't see or store your card details.

Your rights

We handle personal data in line with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA). To ask what we hold about you, correct it or have it deleted, email [email protected].
